How can I tell what size container to order?
It depends on how much stuff you have in the space you occupy. Generally, though, the following guidelines can be followed:
7'x 12’ One bedroom apartment or condo.
8'x 16’ Two bedroom apartment, condo or small home.
8'x 20’ Three bedroom home or larger.

What are your rates?

Where will my container be stored?
Your container will be stored inside a centrally located, secure storage facility. A-Atlas Mobile Storage has a facility in each metropolitan area that it services, please contact us for the address of the facility closest to you.

Can I access my container while in storage?
Certainly! Access is available during normal business hours throughout the week. To access your belongings, simply provide us with 24 hours advance notice and we'll have your container ready for you when you arrive at the facility.

Will my belongings shift during transport?
While our staff is always cautious while transporting belongings, we also recommend that you load the container just as you would load a truck. Place heavier items on the floor and fill in the upper areas with lighter pieces. This will minimize shifting that would have otherwise occurred. As with any move, protective materials (tie down straps, moving pads, etc.) should also be utilized.

What days are you closed and do not deliver?
We are open and delivering Monday thru Saturday except major holidays which include New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Do you insure my belongings?
As with most storage providers, supplemental tenant insurance can be arranged if you are not covered under your current homeowners or renters policy. We strongly advise you to have coverage on your belongings.

What kind of insurance do you provide?
We have a relationship with TenentOne, one of the largest providers of self-storage tenant insurance in the United States. We include details of their plan and rates on request and on the day of delivery. Alternatively, the contents of your containers can usually be added to your homeowner's insurance policy for a nominal fee and we suggest you check with your insurance agent.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Check, and Money Order. You also have the option of having your account set-up so that your monthly storage fee is automatically billed to your credit card or checking account.

When do you drop off the containers?
Your ordered containers are dropped off within 24 hours of the request right to your door. In most cases, we may accommodate same-day deliveries.

We offer our customer a wide range of affordable packing supplies. You could either place your order on our website or by calling us.
